you are entering into an agreement with us. Please read
our terms and conditions of booking below.
Thank you for choosing to stay at Inishfree
B & B
For all bookings we require a deposit of E20 per person,
this deposit is none refundable. Would you please make
sure than this reaches us within 7 days of making the
booking. We will send you a letter or e-mail confirming
the booking and detail the outstanding balance. The balance
is due on departure.
The price includes accommodation and breakfast. There
are also complimentary tea and coffee making facilities
in all rooms. We accept payment in cash, personal or traveller
Cancellation and Insurance
Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal
contract and any deposit you have paid is non-refundable.
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
For cancellations made upto 14 days before the booking
you will not be liable for the total balance. For cancellations
within 14 days of the booking you will be liable for the
total amount. (Every effort will be made to re-let the
room and adjust the charge accordingly). Failure to take
up the booking with cancellation will make you liable
for the total amount. For this reason you may wish to
consider taking out cancellation insurance.
We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation
was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would
attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however,
if this was not possible, or not acceptable to you, then
we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability
would not extend beyond this refund.
Your accommodation will be available to you from 4.00
p.m. on your day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged.
Please let us know if you are to arrive after 6.00 p.m.
Should you wish to arrive earlier to park or drop of luggage,
please let us know in advance.
Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 10 a.m.
on your day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. Your
bill for your accommodation with be payable on departure.
Should you wish to leave luggage, or park after your departure
time, please let us know in advance.
Damage and breakages
Please take care of our accommodation. Your are responsible
and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause
to the accommodation and its contents. Please let us know
of any instances as soon as they occur. We do not usually
charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice
if the damage or breakage is significant.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or
injury to any member of your party or to any vehicle or
possessions, unless it is proven to have been caused by
a negligent act by ourselves or contractors whilst acting
in the course of employment.
Any data gathered during the course of this booking may
be held on computer.
INISHFREE ACCESS STATEMENT
This statement describes the access, procedures and facilities
at Inishfree, as they might apply to, and for the benefit
of persons with disabilities.
We would wish your stay with us to be as comfortable as
possible, so please do not hesitate to ask if you have
any concerns about access, or there is anything that would
make your stay more enjoyable. Any constructive suggestions
or additions to this statement, or how our disabled access
might be improved, within the bungalow limitations, would
• Breakfast is partially self-service, but by request
this can be fully served.
• Mobile phone service in the area can be patchy.
• Public transport in the area is limited. Taxis
are readily available but the best way to see the area
is with your own transport.
• The property is fitted with smoke alarms.
• In the event of fire, please evacuate the property
via the front or rear door. In dire circumstances by opening
the bedroom window.
• In the event of the fire alarm being sounded,
please ensure that, in our absence, someone has called
999 for the Fire Brigade.

The surface is uneven in places
• During the hours of darkness there is no street
lighting but the property has good outside lighting.
• Customers can be dropped off at the front steps/ramp.
There are two steps.
2) Accessibility within the Main Property
• The property is carpeted throughout with a short
pile carpet other than bathrooms which are tiled.
• Breakfast is served in the dining room around
a large refectory table. All tables and chairs are of
a universal height.
• Breakfast is a mixture of table service and self-service.
